The money you paid does nothing to advance the project or benefit Delfin, just a fact. So consequently they don’t care about tglo holders interests. I am sure all investors here understand this. So with that said what tools are available to Delfin to minimize our position. I only know of two. that is to reverse split the stock and then sell additional shares. I know both will happen if a RM occurs. The question in my mind is how big is the RS and what will the size of the secondary offerings be?
