I emailed Bobby Allison yesterday and stated my (our) concerns about RR, since he is involved: no evidence of near production, no cars, no contestants, no tracks planned, lack of sponsors, etc. I received a reply from Bonnie Allison stating that they were going to look into it. She forwarded my email to Lee Schaefer, and below is his response (keep in mind this is the President of Reality Racing, typos and grammar are his own, the subject of his email was "Realitu racing", this is our president folks...

Dear Jerry. My mname is Lee Schaefer. I am president of Reality Racing. Got your message from Bonnie allison about your concern with us. Our stock is down to some short selling on an behave of a large brokage house. We are having the contestant search in Nov with finals in Dec, taping to be in January woith an April airing date. Can not mention the network as they have the right to have the first pree release. Hope that helps you. Lee

Here was my email reply yesterday...

Dear Mr. Schaefer,

Thank you for the prompt reply. I'm sure you can
understand the frustration of the stockholders, not
that the price is down, but that so little has been
released about specific, tangible evidence that a show
is actually going to be produced and aired.

There are still many questions the stockholders have a
right to have answers to.

--Do you have cars to use? If not, how and when will
cars be purchased, or leased?
--What track or tracks will contestants be racing on?
--Who is going to act as the pit crew? Do you have a
pit crew lined up?
--Who are the sponsors, besides Proctor and Gamble?
--Without identifying the network, do you even have a
commitment from any network to air the show?

Even vague answers to these questions would be
welcome, if you have cars, you don't have to show us
pictures, but tell us in writing that you have NASCAR
cars for drivers to drive.

If you have a taping schedule, you must have a track
committed, at least tell us which track you're going
to be at. Some of us may actually want to be there to
see it happen.

Some shareholders have gotten so frustrated as to
suggested an investigation by the SEC is warranted. I
wouldn't go that far, and I think that would cause
more damage than anything, but you have to realize
they have a right to if you can't provide them with
some tangible evidence that this is going to happen.

I think a press release addressing the above questions
is warranted, if there is anything positive to say.

I look forward to your reply.

Jerry Legg
Shareholder

Still no response from Mr. Schaefer or more from the Allisons...

I will post any responses, if I ever get any.

Don't stop panicing yet, but you can relax a little.
