I wish I was as articulate as you, that being said I agree 100%. With the exception of your last sentence. I don’t think the lack of action by the DOE is holding things up. In my search for the record in the FR I found other DOE notices that were filed in June of this year that basically stated that it was in the national interest to export lng to non FTA countries and that no application had been revoked with only one exception and that was due to the applicants inaction.
