The PR was a good first step. There is just no way we are climbing the mountain to .01 and beyond based on a single event. The growth needs to be organic and over time.....this PR is like planting the seed. Does Bates continue to water it so it can grow or do we get abandoned and left to whither and die?

I only post to help temper expectations...... this is not awful and it’s not amazing. It was a necessary event that had to take place before any party. The info included was as expected and does offer some insight.

If no solid info sent us to .0027 than I’d imagine this can get us back to around .0020 as a basement.
