What do you expect for those that took 300 mg per day (150 mg every 12 hours) or 400 mg per day (200 mg every 12 hours)?

My guess is that for Prurisol 150 mg BID the percentage of subjects that achieve PASI 75 will be 67% +/- 15% (52%-82%) or better.
