I have been looking at all the big name CBD and mj players for possible investments. UBQU may have some questions, but compared to nearly all IT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD. A $500,000 debt is small compared to the accumulated debt of millions in many stocks. I know the 1 billion shares seems ridiculously high, but many of the big names has over 500 million and most over 1 billion. One just recently had a 1 to 15 reverse split, and is again adding shares to their count. If the SEC looks into the OTC CBD business most would be suspect. If UBQU management would concentrate on selling CBD this puppy would fly.
