If there is no promotion and no dilution, it cant possibly be a pump and dump as some falsely claim.

It’s a dumb argument to have.

Promotions and awareness campaigns are required to have disclosures.

What happened was that certain traders recognized change of control at the Nevada Secretary of State website and its potential for a pending R/M.

When the volume came in, people falsely assumed it was a pump and dump, because the volume and interest couldn’t be explained by people who weren't paying closer attention to details.
