remember Bao probably wanted to buy out cwrn also

pres of bao brazil was often at cwrn's concession doing testing-as seen in the pics many times-and then VP of the board Bao China personally visited Bob and the mine-there was serious interest -Bob didnt have to make up any tender offer which was just a hassle for him to deal with

these things were all discussed long ago -dont know what the point of renewed discussion is
