There is a a product, that is not disputed. That doesn’t mean the books aren’t being cooked. Why does Buzzy, who supposedly has been very financially successful in the beverage industry and has all kinds of contacts need to fund his business by dilluting the hell out of it? Why does he need to go borrow $5k here and $20k there in convertible debt at 10% interest to fund his his business. Reputable banks loan money everyday for good business ideas to reputable people. There are too many people involved here that have been involved in pump and dump stock scams. Something isn’t adding up here and I’m sorry but Buzzy is far from being a reputable business person. USA Today proved that long ago.
