The argument that why would Viola risk jail or SEC violations with tweets is pretty good. The guy legit announced preferred share dividends as a pump and didn't issue them. What makes you think he gives a s*itttttt about the SEC. The dude is 100 years old.

4 months later he tried to R/S but was denied by FINRA. What a trainwreck but very entertaining. Not sure if this guy is this dumb or the smartest man alive dupping people over and over.
