You cannot

- Pay ECAB $15M and possibly settle the other $15M in cash
- Pay Garrett $6M
- Pay cash dividends
- Give TRW credit terms up to 12 months

Something is going on. It is not the TRW loan because it is too uncertain and there are many restrictions on how you can spend that money.

It has to be an agreement that is almost final

- pre-IPO financing
- SJAP sale
- or, CA (spin-off)

I think we should find out in the next 1-6 weeks.
