It is a good crew here ...
1- We won the voting in San Fran after being down 17, won by over 35 by working together
2- We hatched this plan in advance, everyone collected, bonus coins accumulated and we had enough to get to #1
This is only the start though. Funny thing with all the craziness today I did not even read that release carefully enough as I actually missed a few things.
Both the raising capital and the Impact relationship were both seen as ways to provide funding for updating filings. And the debt part was good as well.
I was so excited I skimmed and my brain did not register everything.
