Hey, wow. I really can't speak for BasserDan but ...
I don't get the impression he is a making any claims about "global warming" or some such.
Facts is facts. Sea levels have rose and sea levels have fell for centuries, millennia, even eons of time without any help from you or me.

I think the point is, the economic affect of rising or falling sea levels.

If I owned coastal property I wouldn't be too worried, personally. However, my son would be telling me to sell NOW and I would not think he was wrong.
