No 2016 fins. No 2017 fins. No 2018 Qs. O/S maxed out. Caveat Emptor flag. Recent Stock Promotion flag. Convertible notes continue to be issued this year, even with a maxed our O/S. CEO refuses to provide PR updates. Instead, he posts silly BS pics and updates on FB.

Yes, I think that says it all and that is why the stock is in the toilet.
