lol A2Z, no offense taken...trust me. And I respect your level of eagerness and hope.

It’s just that after having been through the last couple of setbacks I now prefer to no longer have the “cart before the horse” mindset.

Now, instead, my anticipation is cautiously optimistic....still excited and hopeful.
