GERS.... Penny Stocks are notorious for their failure rates... and do you know why? IMO, while the TOP Officials are usually proficient in one area, they are too often woefully lacking in other areas that are just as important as the Company progresses!

Then, they cannot Hire a good and well known firm to help them out, as it takes funds, and lots of it, to enlist their services! That is why management is so important! Many smart Investors look at the management personnel very carefully, even if the products are decent to excellent, and often "Pass" because they have no chance in H--- to compete with the better controlled Companies out there, or just wait until they do something right in those areas? In there somewhere is the cash on hand and the debt? It seems nothing looks good in all the areas of concern, so we have to be understanding all the time if we want to make sense of the whole affair? If we just look at the "Surface" picture, it is sure as H--- to appear negative, or crooked, to a lot of us? But it is what is going on behind the scenes that is very important, where deals are in the making, but cannot be disclosed until the signatures are written on the bottom of the final page?

Like some Co' Officials who post about possibilities rather than on the facts, it leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth, especially when those associations never materialize?

Remember, contracts in a P-Stock Company rarely appear, so there is nothing of value to report! We have to rely on the History of events, rather than on present Contracts, which get harder and harder to achieve as the Co' advances IMO!
