Sharkey, re: faulting Jim Hayward. I said this YEARS ago; Scientist build the base by developing the science that gets us the patents needed to build this company, but scientist are not salesmen. Do auto companies depend on their design group to sell their products? I don't think so. Jim belongs in the lab. I also have to question who sets the dollars charged for our products. Seems to me that they are moving product but it doesn't result in any income. ROI seems to be screwed up.
