Clearly this is a rapidly growing company with a very impressive account base. In addition to dealerships that are being signed on a weekly basis, we now have Fortune 500 companies such as Autonation and Carmax on our roster. CNA insurance is on board, Sprint is on board, the partner list on the Cogosense website is impressive.

Distracted driving is at the forefront of federal legislation. It is the #1 cause of accidents in the world, more than every other cause including DWI. ONCI holds 35 patents on what is turning out to be the most popular and effective distracted driving hardware/software in the market.

FINS have been confirmed by the law firm. Deals have been confirmed by shareholders. And just look at the below list of incoming potential catalysts, which as noted is not complete. IMO we will see a lengthy shareholder update upon the release of the 9/15 Q.
