I try not to imagine too much, rather just read the financials and let them tell me whether the shell has debt, and other pertinent information. Which this is just about debt free and squeaky clean, and that’s key.

Not to mention the past runs on potential merger here.

Talk about big runs on small volume!

Lastly, if Joe was just going to leave the shell to die after the recent merger attempt was dissolved... he wouldn’t be paying for filings.
