I've owned this for 6 months and everyone has always talked highly about him. What I can't understand, is why their isn't someone answering the phones?? I called (and wrote) them to place an order...they never got back to me. They can hire someone for under $100/day easy. Product launch around the corner and their website isn't ready either. They've had lots of time to get these things done. I don't get it.
