Rightful Ownership of Geotraq

Now here is the real kicker. The R&D for this Patent and Device was funded by GTRQ Shareholders. Gregg, pulled the biggest shady move of all here in Deregistering those Shares then stripping this Asset out of the company.

The Proceeds of the sale of Geotraq, to ARCI rightfully belongs to the GTRQ Shareholders. The sale was $200K in Cash, an $800k loan (which is now due back to ARCI) and 288K of Preferrd Shares of ARCI Stock.

skip understanding where the cash and loan money went too... and instead ask yourself as to who is in control of those Preferred Shares?? The entire control of ARCI is in the hands of whomever controls those shares.
