Question
The OS count has gone down this year from around 600 to what it is today
When the company made the statement that they were going to get that share count down ..... do they do this by buying the shares from profits on the open market

If this is true then the share price remaining low is sorta a good thing until the company has all the shares bought..... and is that why we are seeing the OS go down.

I think that if they do issue shares for payments and I do not know if those count in the share count until the restriction is lifted.... they are restricted for a year

So if they issued share to pay toxic loans .... are those restricted for a year?

Or if they short the stock knowing they have those to cover....
