Absolutely correct. And a tiny bit of search engine work reveals shady flim flammery in the recent past of insiders and some family members. But we’re supposed to believe that NOW they’ll be straight as an arrow and not take the money and run.

It looks to me like they are using investor money to fund themselves and court costs, and if they get a settlement they will just pocket the money.

Bank on it.

That’s my experienced trader opinion.
