Ugh.... It’s just not worth the headache to own residential property. I’ve heard every excuse when it comes to collect rent. I’ll never own a rental again, ever!! This property is a two family. I planned on living on one side long-term when I bought it and renting the other side out. Then I moved and rented my side too. I’m just tired of it. Don’t wanna take care of it anymore and don’t wanna chase rent anymore.

Commercial’s a little easier... That’s a nice set-up you have with the farmers!! Hopefully you can just kick back and collect rent now.
