In my opinion, I think if the situation allows Mark and Rene to still be in the forefront of the kind of work Arrayit has been doing for the past 2-3 decades, they will allow Arrayit to merge with a larger corporation. On the other hand, Arrayit has been Mark's business since the early 80s and he may want to grow the business without the need of merging. It's hard to say - but I think in the right situation where Mark and Rene can still have influence on Arrayit's products, they would be open to selling to a larger company.
