What's the story here is that the price per share has been successfully pumped up on pilot turbine air. It matters not if the project has any merit or if the logic is good. The name of this game is to make money and then get out before reality kicks in and it collapses again.

This is one of those ultra rare penny stocks that won't have any bag holders.
