What I PROVED was Nierlino's longstanding involvement with Roxanna Lou Green-Weber and the decades long music library scam she and her late husband Matthew "Chuck" Weber perpetrated via two failed tickers-- EMAX Worldwide (EMXC- delisted/ aka various other names) and Mindpix (MPIX). Once Roxy burned down these two the scam was moved to HWAL which is owned by longtime penny scammer Joe T. Logan aka [e-mail].
