Is it true that if Megas and Sytner come to end up in prison,
the DTC can save a huge amount of money?



No, they save no money. They owe something to the shareholders regardless.

Sytner and Megas will only be banned from being involved WITH US stocks at the worst. The SEC can only fine and ban them for wiring shareholder monies to their personal bank accounts.

Their scam is not deep enough to warrant being turned over to the DOJ for prosecution.

Although Stu pretending to be an consul general might warrant additional charges.
