Future BUY of up to 9% due to Debenture in November

Could you explain where this 9% comes from? I'm not that well known with their convertible debenture structure.

Conversion of Preferred Shares to Common Shares

Last known amount of convertible series B stock issued was 2.48 million. (authorized was 5 million) Each share can be converted to 0.025 common shares. So these represent 62,000 shares. Or if all 5 million authorized where issued, which I doubt 125,000 shares.

That was before the 1:100 RS. I guess they now represent 620 to 1250 shares?

If I got the numbers, I can integrate them in my past spreadsheet.
