Diversified Mineral Group, Inc. (DMG) is a Nevada corporation that is made up of a combined merger of publicly traded North Springs Resources Corp. (NSRS), J.A.B. International, Inc. and Diversified Mineral Group, Inc.
The current focus of the company is the acquisition of producing oil and gas projects with positive cash flow and developable reserves. DMG has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a project in eastern Utah. The plan will entail developing the field and establishing output of 800 BOPD within 6 to 8 months.
DMG is developing a gold project in northern California in the Downieville area 1 hour north of Sacramento. The project takes in 4 historical gold mines running together along a fault line. DMG estimates over 4 million ounces of recoverable gold which is slated to be back in production sometime in 2019.
