I share huge frustration and anger

But we all - all - need to watch our words and accusations

This is not tyranny

This is a judge who said there was excess etc. (or just about said that flat out) -- but said Congress wrote a law with BROAD HUGE powers and in that context - READING THE LAW - RULE OF LAW - CONSERVATIVE APPROACH (SCALIA LIKE) LAW - the law as written is not being violated by the conservator

I hate the decision

but name calling and saying this is tyranny is not helpful here or in general

sorry for the soapbox but way too often in too many case - people are attacking laws and courts for doing their jobs and following the rule of law -------------- and many of these attacks are from those who are rule of law proponents
