The current OS is at least 3B shares and it could be up to 5B shares based on the past year's Endless Giant dilutions... 10B shares Gaint AS! 4B shares current OS is a reasonable estimation. Your very very old OS data was Obsolete Many Years ago due to the Endless Giant Dilutions happened during the past years!

Why would anyone here bother to buy This Biggest Pos Scam at $0.0002 to lose 50% immediately since even at $0.0001 ACTL is still Too Expensive due to its $500K ~ $300K Market Value?

There will be no any winner for a Endless Giant Diluting Pos Scam like ACTL because the company can always print as many FREE shares as they wish and all your money will be Diluted to almost Zero value after the Endless Giant dilutions!

Not to mention very dangerous "Delinquent SEC Reporting" status (see the link below) which will lead to the stock Suspension or Cancellation by the FINRA/SEC very soon...

In order to make money, as the investors we should only buy a OTC stock with 1B or less shares of AS plus the FIXED SS for many years (such as those "Q" stocks with the FIXED SS and ZERO dilution)!
