I'm an ex-CPA so I get all those peer review journals. Bouwhuis & Morrill, the firm ETIM retained, submits themselves to peer review and it appears quite positive.

they've done a ton of public audits, and seem to have a good rep as a mid-sized audit firm

so ETIM didn't just hire some chop shop who will issue a good opinion for the right price, encouraging, IMO
