UPDATE-- So, this Tom Cartwright guy answered me again--- He asked me, "What specifically are you trying to determine?"

Here is my answer:

I'm simply trying to determine if you are taking your company public through the ticker GMEV. If that is not the case... what is the relationship btwn your company and the ticker? What is your relationship with Yves Michel? (if any).


The reason I ask, is Yves filed an 8K in Sept 2017 and basically fell off the face of the earth. We are just curious as to what is in the cards near term for the ticker GMEV.


Any light you can shed, or clarification you can give me would be a great boost of confidence to those all ready invested.


Finally, I have owned this stock for a year, and have added to it periodically. If there is no future... no point in sticking around.
