There is nothing special to understand. It is all very clear what they try to feed as their value.

It is about you believing the value nobody else can believe with all the circumstantial evidence, company behavior and history of broken promises pointing to the direction it is not there. It's just in general unbelievable with exclamation marks.

The "value" has been there for long time already, while evidence has been showing clearly to the other direction it not being there and share price plummeting down to 1,5% belief level of the "awesome assets and businesses".
