The SEC's ALJ issue that delayed the final revocation order for TALK now seems to have been resolved. The SEC has lifted their stay as of today and will reassign the cases to a new ALJ.

TALK's case is on the list.

A new ALJ will be assigned between September 7 and September 21st. At that point they will start the case over, which means it will likely be a month or two before the revocation is made final.
