Correct and I agree fully... I hope for the shareholders sake they take a different path to uplist as they do have options without a R/S. I am an old retired market guy and have seen/been involved with many deals, with that said one gets a feeling (VISION) while watching a company's behavior, so we can continue to watch and hope for the best. PS: I only say "Hope for the Best" now because I have no risk as I am sitting on free shares, I would not be here if I wasn't positioned as I am. Take care and good luck!
