The 125 grand is a non issue. What would make you think Jason would be liable for a contract he had nothing to do with? He has handled and done everything in good faith. Do you actually think his attorneys would tell him to go forward with a merger with a company with other than minor issues. That makes me laugh. Where is all this dilution you can’t seem to show? Where are you coming up with 500 million shares now? Did the 8.88 billion share number change?
