you are desperate. What is also bothersome is that there is no certification process once they finally get a prototype. The prototype is purely experimental. Look at Shark Tank, when the inventors come on and want to sell to potential partners or investors, ....some of the time the inventor barely has a prototype of his invention. The sharks ask, tell us about your venues, and sometimes the guy will say no revenues, or something ridiculous like $37,000 in revs over the past 2 years.
and they make a charity offer or nothing at all.

The prototype, which I understand is almost complete, has not been tested in a competitive, objective setting. It is like a phase one drug, or actually less than that because some phase one drugs show effectiveness albeit with a small sample.

I look at this kind of like a phase one drug. How much can it be worth? Who knows maybe the share price has now reached that point. Who knows, which is kind of the point.
