On the subject of needing a bigger team to get all the IP out there.

If you look at all of the IP, 3 guys can't do it. BUT, you also can't hire more staff if you don't want to dilute more shares to do it all right now.

SO, what you do is you get your first IP up and running (caverstem, you know the quicker getter upper). If you look at what they've already announced, it's not a $100M revenue stream with just them, but it is enough to bring in money. Get rid of debt, and slowly start to HIRE more people, because you can afford to. The more docs they get up and running, the faster the $$ rolls in. Start small grow bigger (what a theme with this company in general). This appears to be why the other streams haven't been kickstarted so hard yet.

I think once they get their first round of docs up and running their ability to then have proper staffing to continue with the other IPs becomes much more feasible on their own.
