GNCP- Our JV Stands; However Due to these delays it’s a real POSSIBILITY that they are now looking at it harder and have been for an ALL OUT ACQUISITION!!!!!!!!

Fingers and Toes are Crossed.

I will wait as long as our 3RD PARTY PARTNERS Need.

If they are looking at us for an ALL OUT BUYOUT I Predict that this PRICE Could Be
$0.05-$0.10.
