1/10 chance will trade above $1.28 once the SHORTS finish covering. Today was a nice slow uneventful cover for them to make their money and book their profits. the weak hands pushed it up over $1.40

when they are done, we will see this trade under the offering price.

I'd say more like 1 in 20 stocks trade over their offering price, let's say 3 days after price is announced..

in general they all trade under, except the rare select very few.

as such I expect a range of $1.11 - $1.22 to hit? and I'm just guessing on the price. I do know what I've seen on offerings over the past 20 years.
