PD4107 you sound like a cleaver guy. I would say if this was a Company traded on the NYSE or NASDAQ I would pay attention to the financials more than to a Company that is traded on the Pink or OTC. Majority have dilution because at this level this is how they finance themselves to an extend. This is also why Warren Buffet is not here with us on this board.
