Yes, vplm IS going down. Same as it does 90+ % of its life. It's been trending down ever since the 40s in December. 45 to 7. Simple. If the PTAB sweep was such a real, important & bona fide thing, then the run up to the 40s should be viewed as a realistic thing and it should've been able to maintain much closer to those prices of 20s, 30s & 40s. But it didnt. It steadily fell to where it's at now, a fall that has lasted for 8 solid months and has come close now to the nickel price it averaged for a long time before all that.

To say that vplm is a rising price, is simply not so. It's clearly a falling price and has been so for many years, both before and after the rare spikes.
