For what it is worth and it probably isn't worth that much...........If good news will break you will get a tip by watching the volume and the price. When more than 1 person knows it is no longer secret and it will leak, it always does. Sometimes, however, there is a short time to react. Sometimes you get 15 minutes and sometimes you get a couple days. Just my opinion.
I saw the unusual volume on an uptick in IDEV on a Friday all day long and on Monday the buyout was announced. I still remember that.
