the institutional investors were forewarned of what the package would probably look like and they bid themselves down at least 20 to 30% in the premarket they did this because they were hedging for the last couple of weeks from higher prices and that way from wherever price they were filled at they were guaranteed a one day leveraged return of at least 20% probably with warrants attached that's how the system works and once it's clear the stock will rally.

management cannot sell for six months and they doubled down on themselves. that's a pretty awesome commitment.
