More Dror-Scam-bro shares issued:
2M shares that was shown as returned on last Q for $40k debt was reissued to Doron Svorai but resulting in more shares issued at .04 conversion price. Selling those 2.3M shares at today’s prices will net him close to half a mil$. What a great scam!
Dror also signed more loans owed to his bro Doron Svorai by using his company D&D Capital AND another one of his companies — Consultant Capital Group (see below). Haha this sort of shady activity reminds me of the unfettered govt corruption.
I wonder how long before we’ll start seeing loans signed with Dekel Svorai’s companies.
