I have a few concerns about the company besides what is mentioned here on the financials regarding this gamble of an investment.
When I go the the company website or anything affiliated with them I see issues. The website is not secured which google requires now for entire sites for 2018. I mean this is an easy fix which most hosts do for free now providing full site encryption. Even their software demos have the date of 2014 on there. The copyright on the site is from 2017 as well and there is no SEO or proper indexing done at all for their main 12retech site. Their Youtube channel has one video showing their software with practically no views. All of their social media has practically no activity and any sites affiliated with them I find way outdated, and some have 2016 copyrights on them which to me shows straight out neglect. Their facebook has practically no activity or views at all. Just as a rough example, shopify shopping cart software, has well over 3 million likes and 3 million followers compared to retech 25 followers and 23 likes with one person viewing their video.
Their office listed in Az appears to be a virtual office and not a real office or business.
When I went to one of the investor relations companies that 12retech uses, Ten Associates LLC, I found a heavily infected site that will direct you to porn sites. They charge as much a 10,000 a month to promote companies. No address listed and the phone numbers go to voice mail. I looked up members of the company and found a FB page with a guy posing with all kinds of sports cars and appeared to be doing pretty well for himself.
I am going to do further research but appreciate any comments as I am concerned.
