I think that is wrong. I have spoken to both Berman and Jagunich and both would love to see a person elevated to the CEO position that has zero experience in the industry, has never run an enterprise, totally lacks education, is not an engineer or a chemist, and thinks the company's products are dinosaurs. Its time that a message board poster with all of these opinions and none of the requisite skills takes over. It will be an educational experience.
The problem is, can this person win over the 4500 shareholders who don't post on message boards, or even the 100 that do.
