IMO, the two man BOD (Berman and one other) would NEVER allow me to become CEO as they woulld fear what I would find and IF FOUND would seek accountability and all legal remedy much greater than is available as a shareholder!

I think that is wrong. I have spoken to both Berman and Jagunich and both would love to see a person elevated to the CEO position that has zero experience in the industry, has never run an enterprise, totally lacks education, is not an engineer or a chemist, and thinks the company's products are dinosaurs. Its time that a message board poster with all of these opinions and none of the requisite skills takes over. It will be an educational experience.

The problem is, can this person win over the 4500 shareholders who don't post on message boards, or even the 100 that do.
