the GOV has won a motion to dismiss the case before a hearing/trial

base on what the law says ---- Judges are not to judge the actions ...

I am as mad or madder than most - but it is not incompetence or bias it is a view that a judge must follow what the law says

think SCOTUS -- is that not what you want SCOTUS judges to do - read the law and rule and not go past that ?

(I am with the four lefties and would in a nano second say that congress never intended to protect such gross horrific conservator actions - but then I would be - as per SCOTUS - accused of bias and writing law v reading it and ruling)
